The Annandale Hotel will be re-opening it’s doors this Thursday, 7 August! Once a legendary rock venue and inner west local, the Annandale Hotel will re-open under new ownership and continue to pay homage to its grass roots. New owners, Oscars Hotels have breathed new life into the iconic venue, following a complete overhaul under the direction of Architect and interior designer, Elaine Richardson. Richardson, whose previous works include Trinity Hotel, Bat and Ball and The Henson Hotel has maintained the historic integrity of the Annandale Hotel that is soon to be a new local favourite.
The newly refurbished venue features a large leafy courtyard and bistro, as well as a casual coffee bar for an early morning caffeine fix and breakfast. The main bar and lively open air back bar have a signature cocktail menu, local and international wines, as well as a range of boutique and craft beers. Built on a foundation of live entertainment, the Annandale Hotel will feature local and international singer songwriters, unplugged and bluegrass artists who will hit the stage to revitalise the Sydney institution.
Executive Chef, John Rankin (ex Waitan) has created a menu featuring traditional favourites, pub food classics as well as Rankins’ unique spin on traditional pub grub. Start your day with a hearty breakfast and coffee from the Courtyard Café, enjoy a pub style lunch or sit back, relax and revel in a couple of cocktails or a boutique craft beer while enjoying the live entertainment.
